16A - What's Your Secret Sauce?

1.) Human Capital:
    - I am a hard worker
    - I have an endless supply of cheesy jokes
    - I am knowledgeable about technology
    - I am very quick on my feet
    - I plan ahead
2.) Interviews:
    - I was able to interview two of my close friends and 3 family members (my mom and two sisters). Both my mom and one of my friends said I am very determined in whatever I do. That I do whatever I can to succeed. This is for school, sports, and side projects I work on. My other friend said I am very competitive. When it comes to pretty much anything I look at it as a competition, in which I have to win at all costs. My two sisters both agreed that I am a very calm person, but I am not afraid to speak my mind.

3.) Reflection:
    - I think the way I see myself and the way others see me are very similar. I for one know I am a very quiet person, but I love to speak my mind. I sometimes take things a little too serious (like the occasional ping pong with my friends) because I am a very competitive person. I do not like to lose in anything I set out to do, even if it is something small like ping pong. I take my school work seriously and try my hardest to achieve the best possible grades I can get.

  1. Nick,
I think you did a good job with your reflection. I am not competitive at all so I cannot relate to you in that way. I think being competitive is a good quality to have and I wish I was more competitive. It makes you work harder to be better and continue to improve, even at small things like playing pingpong. I think its great you are aware of your strengths. I think acknowledging them help you with self growth.
